Day #5 Magic Kingdom

The last day there we were determined to fill up her autograph book! Trent, Alyssa and I left the hotel really early while Brett slept in.

I have sooo much to say and soooo little time. I have 10 minutes to spare while I am covering for lunch so here it goes.

Last month we went on a wonderful vacation with just the 4 of us. That's something we have never done. It went great! I will post pictures as soon as I get a minute to take a breath. Fall ball has started. 7 weeks and 18 games. Trent pitched his 1st entire game. 7 strikeouts and 1 walk only 2 runs scored. That's awesome. The final score was MUDCATS 15 and VISITORS 2.

Since been appointed on the Board of Directors for our Baseball Association and Vice-Chair of School Council, I have been extremely busy. And 4th grade homework doesn't help at all.

Alyssa has decided to be a Girl Scout. I don't know how I feel about that yet, it's kind of like a cult..... but she seems to enjoy it so far. So if anyone wants to buy any girl scout cookies in the spring..... you know where to find me.

There are several big changes going on in my life right now. It's too much to try to type and I don't have enough time right this second. I PROMISE to post pictures soon.

Goings On

Alyssa has decided to become a Girl Scout! Crazy, I know. I can't decide how I feel about it. No offense to anyone, but it kind of reminds me of a cult. Every week her mind changes... She wants to do it. She doesn't want to do it. But she really needs to be apart of something, so let the races begin between that and baseball. Last night they planted a tree. She was excited to get dirty.

The other night we were in the truck and I had turned the radio to the Disney Channel. The kids LOVE the Disney Channel. After a few songs daddy had had enough and changed it to the Braves game. Alyssa almost had a breakdown. She is going through the stage where if she doesn't get her way its... "I love nanny more than you or I don't like you." It always gets Trent so worried. It never fails when she says those things he quickly reminds me.... :I love you momma."
Anyway, so after the channel was switched it was "I don't love yall, I don't love anybody!"
Trent quickly says... "You better say you love God and Jesus." "What?", Alyssa answered.
Trent replied, "You know.... Jesus the guy at the church."
